As Army JROTC leaders, cadets learn to identify their leadership strengths and opportunities for improvement.  They also learn the following core abilities:

 

● Communicate using verbal, non-verbal, visual, and written techniques

● Take responsibility for your actions and choices

● Treat self and others with respect
